opensource.com interview about OpenStack Oslo

I was interviewed by Jason Hibbets of Red Hat about the OpenStack
Oslo Program for an article on opensource.com that was posted
today.

The interview happened while I was updating my recent blog post,
The Intersection of the OpenStack and Python Communities, and some of the same themes come
through. Besides reducing duplication of effort (and code) I have also
been thinking a great deal lately about the importance of consistency
when working with such a large contributor base (over 1000 developers
from more than 100 companies for the Icehouse release according to
stackalytics.com).
